**About the role....**
You will lead and support key strategic people initiatives, in particular those associated with attracting and retaining key talent; developing leadership capability; talent and succession planning; employee experience; wellbeing and employee engagement in addition to the provision of specialist OD advice.

**About you....**
You are an OD practitioner with a depth of experience in designing, influencing and delivering on a range of innovative OD strategies and initiatives that bring about sustainable change. Well used to working in complex, matrixed and large-scale organisations, you are passionate about joining an organisation where OD initiatives are clearly linked to organisational strategy. Professional, you are able to influence the uptake of new ideas with data and insights that support your thinking.

You will further have:

- A diverse OD profile, with experience inclusive of talent, succession, leadership development, performance, learning and engagement, employee experience, wellbeing, engagement; having developed and implemented initiatives as the member of a COE team.
- Excellent consulting and project management skills, with the ability to diagnose problems or people matters and determine best fit OD solutions.
- The ability to adapt to new situations, working collaboratively and pragmatically balancing both current and future organisational needs.
