**About the Opportunity**

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Grocery squad within the BWS Partnerships group in BWS eCommerce. This role plays the key role of managing the day to day of our Woolworths Online Liquor partnership. You will work closely with your team and the relevant Woolworths partner teams to deliver business strategy, financial outcomes and bringing to life new opportunities for growth.

You will be thinking both commercially and strategically for business and customer outcomes. You will have a strong technical curiosity and understand how to navigate various platforms. You will be looking to stay ahead of the curve by offering new insights from research and customers while drawing from previous ecommerce experience.

**A day in the life of an eCommerce Manager - BWS Partnerships - Grocery**
Strategy Leadership & eCommerce Delivery
- Deliver the Grocery Partnership Strategy that delivers sales Customer Growth as well as the Budgeted P&L outcomes that are aligned to business strategy and Group objectives.
- Manage the day to day requirements of the Woolworths Partnership driving the agreed shared metrics.
- Track and deliver clear OKRs and roadmap horizons that align to the delivery of the strategy, including impacts to customer and key eCommerce drivers.
- Track and ensure implementation of compliance initiatives to decrease risk to the business and customers
- Implement the brand strategy of ‘Refreshingly BWS”, champion the customer, and the Core eCommerce tribal mission when making decisions
- Measure and report on the success of the team’s performance and its impact in the business

Team & Agile Leadership
- Develop and maintain the ecommerce roadmap of your squad.
- Set performance & agile ways of working standards across your squad; building commitment to business strategies, squad missions and creating alignment, direction and role clarity for the team.
- Lead, coach and develop your team, proactively supporting others on the Squad when required
- Accountable for the quality of the squad’s released work, managing prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities as well as the most efficient use of resources to deliver squad missions.

Stakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders outside of the Squad and/or Tribe and align communications on trade plan, roadmaps and eCommerce progress.
- Engage and cultivate relationships with partners across the business to align on shared objectives and manage risks or trade-offs as well as get work prioritised.
- Partner closely with Finance and Analytics teams to evolve our understanding of performance across eCommerce.
- Responsible for leading regular external stakeholder management with the Woolworths eComm team. Playing an account management role to ensure a strong relationship with key stakeholders externally.

Data & Analysis
- Report on eCommerce metrics that need to be tracked across the portfolio and work in partnership with the Data & Analytics team to enable the tracking and reporting needs.
- Report on the management and understanding of the Woolworths P&L and its impact across eCommerce.
- Leverage data and insights to continually optimise and deliver the most value out of the Trading Strategy that BWS operates.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 5+ years experience working in a digital or retail business
- Customer first mindset
- Independent thinking, and not being afraid to suggest new ideas
- Experience working in an agile organisation or with cross functional teams
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Driven by delivery, delivering on time and to high standards
- Data driven but able to make judgement calls when necessary
- Comfortable with managing multiple tasks at once
