**The Role**:
Working closely with the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting and executing sales strategies alongside customer acquisition to drive revenue and growth of the brand's online store.

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**:

- 5+ years experience in an eCommerce leadership role.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Shopify Plus & eCommerce plug-ins are highly desirable.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations and processes of the website.
- Drive the development of the Customer Service Team.
- Manage the implementation of SEO strategy by an off-site agency, ensuring the work reflects the brand aesthetic.
- Produce daily & weekly reports on website trade and product performance, delivering consumer insights back to the wider business.
