Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for property consultant to join our Service Stream crew in Chatswood.
About the Role

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated individual, keen to learn and deliver positive client and team outcomes

Key Tasks
- Undertake site acquisition and property activities for new and existing small cells telecommunications sites.
- Manage individual sites from site selection through to obtaining all required property approvals, prepare all necessary documentation for submission to all relevant bodies and authorities
- Review existing telecommunications lease and licence agreements for upgrades to existing sites to determine consent requirements
- Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet the legal, financial and property management requirements
- Prepare SNAs, legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion
- Lease instruction/negotiation as required
- Land Access and Activity notices as required
- All Lessor liaison including arranging access for survey, design, build visits
- Act as the contact point for access and Utility & Land owners
- Prepare First Year Rent packs (where applicable)
- build relationships with the internal team, customer, and land / facility owners.

About You
- Previous working experience in a property related role
- Experience in Telecommunications is preferred
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and be part of a high performing dynamic team
