About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our construction team in commercial projects including Class 2 buildings. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily site operations to achieve program, budget, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project plans.
  • Monitor site safety, ensuring all workers comply with WHS regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and coordinate excavation activities on site, ensuring proper use of earthmoving equipment and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily site diaries, safety reports, and material deliveries.
  • Organise and direct the daily activities of company labourers, monitor work quality, and manage performance to meet project standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and track construction activities with professional project management software (Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud).

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field) preferred.
  • Prior experience in site supervision or construction is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to coordinate with overseas suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Confident communicator and negotiator.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must hold a valid driver's licence and have own car.
  • Availability across Monday - Saturday
