This expansion leverages Kepro Solutions' expertise in data and software solutions, building on its long history of providing IT and data services to enterprises in Hong Kong. Kepro Australia supports this effort by utilizing Australia's strong position in the technology sector, offering specialized technical consultancy and solution design services to Kepro Solutions' clients, while expanding sales opportunities in Australia with portfolio of technical solutions owned by the group.

We are seeking an **experienced Lead Data Analyst** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide technical consultancy and develop innovative data-driven solutions for our established Hong Kong and China clients, as well as our growing Australian client base.

This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable person.

Location: Chatswood, NSW

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Collects, processes, and analyses data using IT tools to transform and prepare data, creating interactive visualizations like graphs and charts to effectively communicate results.
- Identify, evaluate, and address complex financial and business issues related to data consultation and engineering services.
- Review financial projections for our company and external clients.
- Develop new policy types, assess risks, and evaluate investments for our company and external clients.
- Create mathematical models to simulate various processes.
- Utilize numerical analysis techniques to develop algorithms and perform related computations.
- Determine the data to be collected and the methodologies for its collection and analysis.
- Assess and report on the reliability and usefulness of source information.
- Analyze and interpret data, generating relevant statistics to highlight trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement machine learning frameworks to support data analysis, uncover trends, extract insights, and facilitate predictive modelling.
- Integrate data pipeline and/or data ingestion with tools including AWS Cloud, and Blue Prism.
- Work closely with clients to analyze business needs, define project scopes, and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Oversee project workloads, estimate timelines, and proactively address challenges during execution.
- Guide and mentor junior data consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

**Experience**:

- **Professional Expertise**: Minimum 8+ years of analytics experience, including leadership or senior-level roles. Ability to speak Cantonese preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI, Blue Prism, R and/or Python, Alteryx, AWS Cloud integration.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to analyse complex data into clear, provide actionable recommendations with strong client-facing communication skills.
- **Business Acumen**: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments while working with clients from diverse industries.
- **Educational Background**: Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Previous experience in analytics and a solid understanding of industry practices are highly desirable.

Annual salary package: $136,560 per annum, plus annual bonus, plus superannuation
