**Company description**

We are looking for a friendly, well presented, dedicated person to provide an excellent customer experience to our patients 2-3 days per week across multiple sites in the Dandenong Ranges. Experience in Medical administration preferred.

**Job description**
- Providing high standard of customer care
- Managing very busy switchboard
- Making appointments and processing accounts
- Ensure the best experience for each patient encounter
- Assist and support Doctors
- Patient Triaging
- Maintaining confidentiality
- General administration and clerical duties
- Open and Close of the practice

What we are looking for:

- Integrity
- Someone who easily aligns with our Practice Culture
- Best Practice software knowledge preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to handle a very busy reception desk calmly and professionally
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Mature professional attitude and presentation
- Sound communication skills
- 2-3 days per week with flexibility to cover other staff if necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $44,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid requirements align with the Victorian Department of Health Guidelines for General Practices.
