**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs and initiatives
- Showcase your inner creativity through the managing and facilitation of new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
- Go above and beyond, managing all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
- Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the wider Human Resources Team
- Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
- Strategically create the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
- Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and manage employee relations as required
- Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment records, focusing on attention to detail
- Manage Workers Compensation to ensure appropriate employee care and a focus on Return to Work
- Build collaborative relationships to drive positive workplace culture with a strong focus on associate growth and development

**About You**:

- Minimum two years relevant experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge in employment law
- Working rights in Australia (mandatory)
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
