**Our Client**

Our client is a leading Sydney property builder / developer who has delivered several acclaimed apartment projects. Due to growth across all of their divisions, their Accounts team is expanding.

**Duties**

As the Marketing Communications & Content Manager you will oversee the developing of strategy and a detailed roadmap for the business with regards to communications and research. This will include:

- Providing informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share the company’s brand, products, and services
- Speech writing for the senior management team
- Oversee industry programs and manage memberships i.e. Loyalty program, sales scripts and eDM writing
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement to content and social media deliverables
- Publication, distribution, and measurement of content on websites and social media channels

**Specific requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar content writing or full-service marketing communications role
- Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and verbal communication skills
- Prior award submission experience in advantageous
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn Insights is advantageous
- Good knowledge of CSR and ESG highly desirable
- Budget management skills
