**Role**

An exciting career opportunity is now available at Aeon Marketing. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be assisting the managing director on clients and projects critical to the agency. This varied role will require a proactive and highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. A plus if you know your computer electronics.

**Responsibilities**

Assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects, in particular:

- Giveaways
- Events
- Partner Management
- Routine administration and reception duties as required

**Skills**
- Meticulous attention to detail is a must
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills - able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Reliable with an outstanding work ethic
- Great attention to detail, planning and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work to frequent tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Positive relationship management when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Has full working rights in Australia

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Strathfield, NSW 2137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
