**About the role**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with expertise in brand management and digital/social media marketing to be responsible for fostering their Brand and growing engagement through all communications mediums.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaise with the wider marketing team to help deliver marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure consistency of the brand across all internal and external communications
- Optimising and conducting ongoing campaign tracking, testing and reporting
- Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of marketing and campaign assets, across digital and offline media.
- Assisting in the creation of promotional displays including event signage and invitations,
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, making recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our social media strategy.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in branding and digital/social media marketing
- Evidence of implementation of online and offline marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to effectively source required information, receive briefs, and manage the delivery of findings.
- Experience with social channels including FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using website Content Management System software,
- Experience with graphic design is a plus.
- Experience within the property development/construction industry would be highly regarded
