The purpose of the Marketing and Communications Partner role is to create and publish digital media, communications and marketing content for Achieve Australia. This role will craft stories and provide relevant and useful experiences for both internal and external audiences. This is an essential role designed to support Achieve Australia’s communications and marketing strategy.

Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

**About the role**
- Deliver communications and marketing content ensuring alignment of brand with key market segments including business and government.
- Support internal stakeholders that brief the communications and marketing team and help them to realise their business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide internal advisory, consultative and strategic partnership for communications and marketing services.
- Provide a connected and end-to-end service working with other internal resources and external providers (the team provides copy, visual/graphic design, brand, digital services, events planning and management and other creative services).
- Develop and execute campaigns across online and offline channels in line with business objectives.
- Manage recurring comms and marketing activity and create content for individual campaigns, as well as recurring activities related to the team’s briefs.
- Provide specialist expertise and manage related external suppliers for digital advertising, events management, proactive communications, crisis and reactive communications, media, and public relations.
- Work with the team to define performance measures for campaigns and initiatives that align to business and strategic objectives.
- Assess and report on effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives in line with performance measures.
- Identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement across channels and products delivered and managed by the Communications and Marketing team to improve customer experience and operating efficiencies.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a media, communications, public relations and/or marketing role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of plain English and best practice content development for digital and offline channels.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering successful integrated marketing communication campaigns that utilise a diverse mix of mass, social and targeted media.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of these skills: digital advertising, events management, proactive communications, digital communications, crisis and reactive comms, media, or public relations.
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic marketing or communications function.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), inclusive design principles, user centered content or desire to learn.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the disability sector and related issues.
- Strong interest in for-purpose sector and social inclusion for people with disability.
