We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Managed Services Administrator to join our Managed Services team. This pivotal role supports the effective coordination of service contracts, customer onboarding, and national managed service operations. You'll work closely with internal teams to uphold operational excellence and deliver a professional, consistent client experience across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Gatekeeper checks to ensure smooth handovers from Sales and Projects
- Create and manage service contracts, SLAs, and welcome documentation in Q360
- Generate accurate invoices and monthly SLA reports for service activities
- Support national SLA renewals, updates, and purchase order management
- Ensure all service tickets are invoiced and closed with appropriate documentation
- Maintain CRM data integrity and compliance across Managed Services
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support continuous service improvements
- Adhere to WHS policies and contribute to a safe, professional working environment

**Key Experience & Capabilities**:

- Strong administration experience in a customer service, service coordination, or similar support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Previous use of ERP or ticketing systems (e.g. Q360, Smartsheet) is advantageous
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and teams
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively to deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with a strong focus on service quality and process improvement
