Are you an organised, people-focused professional who thrives in recruitment and workforce planning?

National Networks Plus (NNP) is seeking a **Workforce Planner** to drive our talent acquisition efforts and help shape our growing team across aged care, community support, and home care services.

You’ll support staff in their career progression—including permanent placement opportunities and upskilling—while building strong talent pipelines and contributing to our broader workforce strategy.

This role requires close collaboration with rostering teams nationally to align workforce availability with specific client needs.

**Highly Desirable Skills & Experience**

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the recruitment processes and a drive to make a real impact. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Knowledge of various selection methods and recruitment techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance.
- Familiarity with a broad range of roles and willingness to learn industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner across divisions to support staffing needs and fill urgent vacancies.
- Contribute to staff retention strategies and workforce development initiatives.
