We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated **Administration Officer** to be part of our Marketing & Communications team. The Administration Officer role will help facilitate high performing teams by providing timely administrative support to the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising teams and their relevant stakeholders, alongside being the first point of contact for the Head Office.
**About the role**
- Manage sign in protocols whilst greeting customer, employees and suppliers.
- Manage a range of online directories ensuring contact information is up to date.
- Source, order and distribute merchandise and receive goods on delivery.
- Additional items as requested by General Manager, Communications or General Manager, Marketing.
**About you**
- 5+ years in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs.
- Certificate III in Administration or related field.
- Formal training or Qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience working with people with a disability.
