**Who you are**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will process business-to-business orders, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience for Coloplast clients. This role requires diligence and precision in a fast-paced environment.
**Your responsibilities**:
Efficiently handle customer orders with high accuracy.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order issues.
Make and handle general customer calls regarding orders and accounts.
Perform precise data entry and administrative duties.
Coordinate sample orders and approval processes.
Manage deliveries and returns with freight partners.
Ensure seamless hospital surgery scheduling and surgical equipment dispatch.
