**Your Impact**
Come and join the CUB Revenue Management team in this newly created role. As the Revenue Planning Analyst, you will have a specific focus on New Product Development and promotional optimisation. You will work closely with Revenue Planners Commercial Finance and Sales teams to enable advanced analytics and investment optimization. Facilitate Analysis for the commercial team with recommendations that best utilize our investment, consumer demand and optimum financial outcomes for our business and our customers across the portfolio.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Partnering with Marketing to develop brand price architecture strategy based on category segments to create clear partitions, with a focus on NPD
- Partnering with Innovation team to develop brand price architecture strategy for all Beer NPD
- Partnering with category to identify/discriminate channel offers via differentiated packs/offers and lead financial modelling to assess feasibility in 2way P&L
- Collaborate with the craft partners in their specific NPD Projects
- Collaborate with and Support of Revenue planners on new promotional mechanics to drive incremental revenue and provide selling story to sales team
- Assists in the development in the price planning process for CUB /PB for the 1YP & MTP updates
- Supports the Revenue planners in the partnering with Sales to lead revenue and margin optimization (across price, volume and mix)
- Assists in influencing planning decisions to optimize future plans based on cycling analysis and insight development
- Helps develop and maintain a playbook for revenue analytics and embeds across the business.
- Supports the embedding of revenue management capability across the business including skills, systems, processes to optimize investment.
**About You**
You are financially astute, strategically savvy, know how to build rapport across the business, and thrive off being able to identify a gap in the market and recommend tangible solutions.
**You also have**:
- 2+ year experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Sales or Pricing
- Experience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities for the business unit and translate this into actionable recommendation.
- Ability to communicate at relatively senior levels of the organization and ability to share learning and teach others
