**About the Role:** This role sits within our Mars Pet Nutrition business, supporting the Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) team and the wider One Demand function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that SRM continues to drive value creation within the local market, supporting capability development across the business, and enabling effective execution of our Value Strategy. **Role Title:** SRM Analyst **Location:** Melbourne **Hours:** Full-time, Hybrid working **Reporting to:** Strategic Revenue Management Director Graduate or relevant equivalent experience, ideally with experience in Strong **analytical and commercial acumen**, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent **collaboration and influencing skills**, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships. **Pricing knowledge** and understanding of pricing elasticity, thresholds, and metrics (preferred). **Purpose:** Help craft beloved brands with a legacy of over 100 years of local manufacturing making products that people and pets will love all while helping to build a more sustainable future.
