**About the role**

We are seeking a creative and innovative Marketing Co-Ordinator to execute the marketing & promotions strategy across Parra Leagues Groups venues, in line with business purpose and objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Co-Ordinator will bring experience in End to End Campaign Management, Event Activation and stakeholder management.

**Key duties include** but are not limited to**:

- End-to-end campaign management of promotions & events including trade promotions, targeted offers and ticketed events
- Website and Social media updates to support Marketing promotions
- Management of key Marketing Events including Promotions, Raffles and Trivia across our Clubs
- Execution of key Lifecycle Marketing comms including Onboarding, Member renewals and birthday campaigns
- In-club activation of all promotions including signage, digital screens and other promotional support
- Detailed analysis and reporting on all promotional and marketing activities (including ROI)

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- 1-2 years' work experience in a Marketing role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in managing campaign End to End, from Campaign Ideation and execution, through to post campaign analysis and optimisation
- Relevant project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
- Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Driver’s licence and car (must be mobile for occasional travel between venues)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
- RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
