**Administration & Marketing Officer**

We are looking for a competent, friendly and proactive individual to join our specialist accounting firm. The role is full time and may be based either from Parramatta or Sydney CBD.

As the main administration resource our NSW/ACT practice, you are our manager of first impressions. Your core responsibilities are focused on supporting the professional staff, providing marketing assistance and maintaining the professionalism of the office environment.

You will possess high levels of motivation, efficiency, good organisational skills, initiative, the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and the capability to work both autonomously and with direction from partners and professional staff.

Your duties will include:
**Administration**
- Maintaining records and supporting documentation
- Admin support for the accounting teams
- Organise / distribute correspondence for internal activities i.e. team building, staff meetings etc
- Dealing with queries from public and referrers including answering of the door.

**Marketing**
- Strong emphasis on outbound calls to our CRM database of contacts and setting marketing introductory coffee meetings to support the Partners' business development activities.
- CRM database maintenance
- Assist in promoting and coordinating events.
- Undertaking ad hoc projects for partners and marketing manager.

**Office Management**
- Maintenance of physical equipment and technical resources.
- Control of office stationary stock and other business inventory.
- Coordination of meeting room usage and maintenance of office appearance including both front of house and common areas.

**Executive Assistant**
- Management of partner expenses.
- Coordination of travel and accommodation requirements.

**Selection Criteria**
- Office / administration experience - essential
- Any previous marketing/sales experience - highly regarded
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Attention to detail
- Initiative and personally motivated

This role is full time and office hours will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

**Salary**: $49,176.10 - $81,834.46 per year

**Experience**:
