As our Marketing Executive/Manager you will lead our digital marketing evolution. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will have ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across the business. We are great at selling our business and even better at delivering our work, where you come in is getting super smart and targeted about where and how we acquire our leads and future clients, how we utilise technology and data, and where we get the best ROI on our investment and time. This is a full-time role and a salary of $85,00 - 95,000k is on offer depending on your skills and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an annual strategic marketing plan and budget.
- Lead in the expansion and refresh of our website, creating and implementing SEO strategy.
- Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on future marketing initiatives and opportunities.
- Ensure that all marketing is consistent with brand guidelines, and brand integrity is not compromised in any way.
- Support sales activity through market analysis, audience segmentation, and lead generation.
- Monitor & analyse, and utilise data produced by marketing activities.
- Building a following, online presence and engaging with target audience whilst positioning North Search as thought leaders.
- Help identify marketing opportunities for North Search employees to be more present in the market.
- Manage and provide guidance on social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Content creation & repurposing: Consistent, value add, and informative to position us as #1 search firm in our niche.
- Manage all social media platforms including company podcast.

Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor degree or quivalent employment experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in a marketing
- Excelllent writing skills
- Manage all social media platforms including company podcast.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
