We have partnered with an Australian founded personal care business which remains family owned and run with great success in the Australian and international markets. They have a strong retail presence through grocery and pharmacy channels and are continuously introducing innovative products to the market across skincare and personal care categories. They have been endorsed by influencers and beauty editors and are continuing to grow their social media and online presence. They manufacture products both overseas and within Australia and have a focus on creating vegan and sustainable products to meet a variety of skincare needs.

**About the role**

The Marketing Manager will support the continued growth of the organisation by creating and executing a strong Brand Strategy and Marketing plan. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, this person will support them to achieve the company vision, as well as collaborate with the graphic designer, copywriter and agencies to grow brand awareness and audience engagement. A key part of this role will be to stay up to date with skincare and social media trends to create impactful campaigns and communication across key platforms. You will manage customer communications and implement an EDM plan, as well as update website content and play a key part in pushing the D2C channel.
