**Our Client**

Our client is at the forefront of innovative, prestigious, high quality developments and hotels, with expanding interests interstate and internationally. They are a privately owned company that possess an extensive pipeline, have an uncompromising drive to create ‘worlds-best’ product with exquisite design, showcased through the highest quality mediums.

**Duties**

Forming part of an integral park of the marketing team, this is a hands on role focused on execution and coordination of external suppliers to achieve a result.

You will provide high quality marketing across a diverse range of assets promoted including 3 residential developments (one a first in a retail precinct), an exciting addition to the EatStreet brand, a newly completed convention centre, a hotel and a bar (both due to open)

Your day to day tasks encompass:

- Execute the marketing plan with regard to signage, display suites and collateral production
- Manage online listings across all portals
- Advertising management
- Upload and maintain the company website and project specific websites
- Prepare and send targeted EDM’s and collaborate on social media strategy
- Coordinate media, advertising and creative agencies
- Adhere to deadlines / budget
- Report on EDM readership, website traffic and SEO / SOO success
- Analyse brand and competitor activity

**Specific requirements**
- Marketing experience within real estate OR residential project marketing or the property industry
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Impeccably presented with a good presence and ability to influence / network
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- Engaging, vibrant energy
- Experience in marketing luxury properties + copywriting would view well
