- Vicky Semidang Are you a passionate marketer for driving growth with great leadership skills? We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our client based in Western Sydney. This role will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans for their clients. This position is an integral part of our senior management team, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our business.

The Marketing Manager works alongside other executives, teams and business streams to execute these growth and efficiency programs according to agreed budgets and targets. Close relationships with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, R&D, Technical/Colour and Operations are crucial for this individual to complete tasks effectively. A working knowledge of customer needs and requirements is important in understanding market principles and trends. Teamwork and customer engagement are therefore important attributes

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans across channels and product segments.
- Lead the implementation of marketing programs in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze customer insights, trends, and market dynamics to inform successful strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, R&D, Technical/Colour, and Operations for program execution.
- Lead training and education initiatives, internally and externally.
- Update senior leadership on marketing progress and campaign results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, communication, or relevant field.
- 5 years of marketing experience; additional 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Budgeting proficiency with a commercial mindset.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with current technologies in social media, graphic design, and web design.
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Prior Paint industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
