We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter / Team Leader to join our dynamic team at a renowned wood-fired restaurant. As a key member of our service team, you will ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and mentoring a team of servers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team
- Lead by example with high-quality service and professionalism
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage guest interactions with a warm and positive approach
- Ensure smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a casual/fine dining setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service
- Wine knowledge is a significant advantage
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality
- Great people skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Flexible and reliable with a team-first mentality

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.35 - $45.15 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week

**Experience**:
