**Head Waiter/Waitress - Bosco Wine & Grill (Newstead)**

Bosco Wine & Grill is a **hatted wood-fire restaurant** in Newstead, celebrated for premium produce, expertly grilled dishes, and an extensive wine program. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced **Head Waiter/Waitress** to join our front-of-house team.

**About the Role**:

- A minimum of **3 years’ experience running a section** in a busy restaurant environment.
- **Sound wine knowledge** and the ability to provide confident recommendations and pairings.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

Pay: $33.38 - $46.73 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
