Now Hiring: Front-of-House PositionsExperienced Waiter/Waitress

**Role Overview**: We’re on the hunt for experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic crew. If you’ve got a minimum of 12-18 months’ experience in waiting tables and a passion for providing top-notch service in a buzzing environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile, making each guest’s dining experience one to remember
- Efficiently managing your section, taking orders, and serving up our delicious dishes and drinks
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Keeping your section spotless and assisting with overall restaurant upkeep

**Requirements**:

- At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role within a vibrant dining setting
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Host

**Role Overview**: As a Host at Ping Pong, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assisting with guest inquiries and providing menu recommendations
- Ensuring the front-of-house area is tidy and inviting

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Host in a bustling restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace

Pass Master

**Role Overview**: We are looking for a meticulous Pass Master to oversee the final steps before our delicious dishes reach our guests. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every plate leaves the kitchen looking perfect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking the presentation and quality of dishes before they are served
- Coordinating with the kitchen and waiting staff to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organized pass area
- Communicating any issues or special requests to the kitchen team

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Shift Details:
Ping Pong operates from 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner shifts. Flexible scheduling is available, but minimum shift requirements apply.
