We are looking for a permanent full-time **Service Coordinator** to join our caring and dynamic office team in **Mascot**, NSW. Just Better Care Coordinators play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need.

The **Service Coordinator** will work with the coordination team and other Customer Care Managers. The Service Coordinators ensure that risk is managed by gathering information and considering strategies to ensure services can be delivered safely, incidents and complaints are addressed with other stakeholders efficiently and in a timely manner.

At Just Better Care, we CARE about our customers and our team. Our office covers four territories in the Sydney Metro area; Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Sutherland and St George.

**What you will need**:

- Experience in coordinating support services to people within their homes and the community.
- Experience in delivering great customer service.
- An understanding of consumer directed care and/or person centred practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers and team members.
- Sound computer literacy, with intermediate skills in MS Word, Power Point and Outlook, coupled with experience using information management systems.
- NDIS Workers clearance/ Federal Police check
- Proof of vaccination and boosters.
