Our Workforce Planning team are seeking a Rostering & Scheduling superstar with a keen eye for detail and exceptional prioritisation and time management skills to join the team and provide timely, well balanced, and accurate staff rosters, provide support in managing client waitlists and schedule service appointments.
- Experience in using CRM (Lumary/Salesforce) and Rostering (Skedulo) platform/s will be highly regarded. This role is being offered on a permanent basis in either a full or part-time capacity, commencing ASAP.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Demonstrated 24/7 rostering and/or scheduling experience, ideally within the not-for-profit or disability services sector;
- Experience in collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure staff training needs are adhered to while considering service delivery demands, knowledge of autism spectrum and effective support strategies.
- Proven ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, planning and organisation skills
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid workers), and National Police Check; and
- All mandated doses of COVID-19 vaccinations
