**Your opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rostering & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Adelaide head office in Fullarton. The key area of focus for this position is to:

- Ensure appropriately skilled staff are rostered at the right time to deliver patient care to clients in their own homes
- Ensuring the right number of staff, with relevant skills/qualifications are scheduled to work in the right geographical location
- Ensure the schedules created is aligned to forecasted requirements
- Reschedule cover of unplanned changes in staff availability

**What will set you apart from the rest?**

You will have previous experience working in a rostering position to roster large teams. Previous experience working in a home care environment is preferable but not essential. You will have proven skills in time management, multi-tasking and prioritising, whilst working effectively in a multi-faceted team. Experience in leave planning & scheduling to ensure continuity of service delivery is essential together with:

- Demonstrated ability to undertake detailed work & maintain information within systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to thrive under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work between 7.00am and 8.00pm across a 7-day roster
