**About the role**

Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Inventory Optimisation Team. Reporting to the Supply Planning Supervisor the role is responsible for the provision of efficient Production Scheduling on an 8 week rolling Production Horizon, Coordination and Administrative Services to Remanufacturing and its Customers.

**Duties**:

- Develop and manage rolling 8 week production schedule
- Inventory control
- Forecasting using scenario planning techniques
- Capacity planning and analysis
- Escalation point for expediting critical customer requirements
- Develop effective planning scenarios based on parts forecast variance, unplanned demands, missing parts, under capacity, and other factors
- Provision of timely and effective administrative services

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a planning or scheduling is essential
- Highly capable in the use of MS Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of an ERP System, Baan IV desirable
- Self-motivation, positive attitude, great attention to detail, willing to use initiative and strive to work effectively with various people and areas of the business
