Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Connections Officer to administer our end-to-end connection process. The Connections Officer will be an integral part of the Connections Team and will report directly to the Connections Team Leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all connections work within an approved timeframe including Allocate NMI, Alteration, Abolishment, Test and Inspect, and Temp Isolations.
- Manage the Un-metered supply and above 100 Amp supply process in conjunction with Network Management.
- Manage cancellation of connection works.
- Exception management of workflow between CIS and SAP.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding and experience in connections administration or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
