**About the role**

With an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we’re seeking experienced Site Administrators. Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns.

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
- Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
- Managing mobilisation process
- Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
- Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements

**About You**
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with JDE & Inex required
- Experience in mining operations administration
- Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
