**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking polished and customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join our team in Melbourne. As a full-time team member, you will have the opportunity to be a part of one of Australia's most prominent menswear brands, contributing to our continued success and becoming an integral part of our passionate and dynamic team.

**Your Role**:

- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Calibre products, including fit, fabric, and style details.
- Assist in building and maintaining our VIP customer database.
- Create memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed KPIs and targets through luxury service and personalized recommendations.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
- A proven record of generating repeat business through exceptional service and personalized experiences.
- Self-motivation and a strong drive to exceed targets and achieve sales objectives.
- A passion for the fashion industry, with a professional and enthusiastic approach to the role.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
