**Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Emporium. As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
- Leadership experience with an ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
