We're searching for a dynamic Retail & Education Consultant to play a pivotal role in achieving our retail objectives and elevating the customer experience. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in coaching, training, and relationship management to drive sales and brand growth within our retail partner locations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Retail & Education Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performing retail environment by:
- Driving Retail Success: Achieve retail objectives by using KPIs to track progress and coaching in-store teams to maximize sales and service.
- Championing Customer-Centricity: Understand customer preferences to educate in-store teams on tailoring interactions.
- Developing Top Talent: Coach and develop In Store Ambassadors to deliver exceptional service and sales, monitoring performance and providing targeted training.
- Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using negotiation skills to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- Driving Entrepreneurial Initiatives: Develop and implement self-negotiated activations to drive growth and brand visibility.
- Maintaining Brand Excellence: Ensure consistent brand image implementation, including planogram adherence and tester/hygiene supply management.
- Achieve Brands’ Growth Ambition: Responsible for achieving desired sales results for all Professional Product Division’s Brands in the territory.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record of success in retail sales and team management.
- Exceptional coaching and training skills with a passion for developing others.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using KPIs to drive performance.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
