**About the role**
This Grade 1 Speech Pathology role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will deliver evidence based Speech Pathology assessment and intervention to children and families with communication and/or swallowing needs.
Working as part of a friendly and skilled team, you’ll learn and grow through supervision, training, and teamwork. You’ll help keep records up to date, write clear reports, and work safely and respectfully with others.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide evidence-based care to support children’s development and communication needs.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver services that meet family needs.
- Keep accurate records and write clear reports to support quality care and service delivery.
- Participate in supervision and training to continue learning and improving clinical skills.
- Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for families and staff.
