About the role

This Grade 1 Speech Pathology role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will deliver evidence based Speech Pathology assessment and intervention to children and families with communication and/or swallowing needs.

Working as part of a friendly and skilled team, you'll learn and grow through supervision, training, and teamwork. You'll help keep records up to date, write clear reports, and work safely and respectfully with others.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based care to support children's development and communication needs.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver services that meet family needs.
  • Keep accurate records and write clear reports to support quality care and service delivery.
  • Participate in supervision and training to continue learning and improving clinical skills.
  • Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for families and staff.
