**Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub**
The Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hubs is a new service in partnership with Monash Health Community, Mental Health colleagues in Early in Life Mental Health Services and external service providers. The successful applicant will work with Children aged up to and including 11 years, experiencing one or more of the following: developmental, emotional, relational, or behavioral challenges and their families of eligible children, to support healthy child development and supportive family relationships and environments. These services will provide therapy that considers all aspects of an infant's or child's life. Including wellbeing support, peer support and care coordination to help with different kinds of challenges including difficulty in attending school and mental health concerns.The Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub will sit alongsideELHMS - Monash Childrens andthe Child and Family Program - Monash Health Community
**About the Role**
The Grade 2 Paediatric Speech Pathologist will work within the community health directorate and will be required to provide an efficient, high-quality service across the region in various settings. You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, working closely with team members from the Child family program and Early in Mental Health Service to promote an integrated and holistic service.

- Speech Pathology: Appropriate Graduate Qualification and proof of Speech Pathology membership or eligibility for membership
