About The Role This Grade 1 Speech Pathology role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will deliver evidence based Speech Pathology assessment and intervention to children and families with communication and/or swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to support children's development and communication needs.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver services that meet family needs.
• Keep accurate records and write clear reports to support quality care and service delivery.
• Participate in supervision and training to continue learning and improving clinical skills.
• Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for families and staff.
