Currently, we're hiring **Legal Consultants with Commercial Contracts** experience to join us with: **Responsibilities**: - Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support - Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives - Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines - Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements - Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required **Minimum Qualifications**: - A minimum 5+ years' experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. - Exposure to compliance matters such as data privacy, anti-bribery and/or ethics would be an added benefit though not essential. **Compensation, Benefits & Location**: This role offers competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes Medical, dental, and more.
