**Your Opportunity**

As a Recruitment Consultant at Blake Oliver Legal, you will join a collaborative team of industry experts who have many years' hands on experience working within the legal industry in either
**Melbourne or Sydney**.

You will also have access to an enviable client base and their key people to understand their ongoing business needs.

Some of your day to day tasks will be, but not limited to:

- Meeting recruiting managers face to face to build relationships and understand their business needs
- Posting job ads and marketing opportunities
- BD & Marketing opportunities

This is a genuine end to end recruitment opportunity.

You are a people person who is passionate about client service and being part of someone else's success story.

You will be:

- Someone already in the Legal Industry
- Someone with a HR, Marketing or Law degree
- Highly motivated
- Have good attention to detail
