Our Assistant Managers support the Site Manager in many aspects of Service Station/Convenience Store operations and provide practical guidance, leadership and inspiration to their teams on a daily basis. A positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond will see you thrive in our fast-paced retail environment.

Furthermore, no two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Supporting the Site Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.
- Controlling store incomes and expenses.
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stacking shelves, merchandising, ordering and maintaining Brand standards.
- Assist in the training and development of individual store team members.
- Ensuring a safe environment at all times for both staff and customers.
- Assisting with staff planning and rostering.
- Relieving the Site Manager as and when required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $56,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Monthly bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seven Hills, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 2 years (required)
