We are now hiring a Retail Store Manager for our soon-to-open Seven Hills (NSW) Store.

This is a Full-Time Permanent role in a fast-growing segment with lots of opportunities to grow your career and improve your knowledge and retail sales skills. This will be our 14th Every Battery Store, and only our second in NSW, so you will have the opportunity to help both build the Store and then build the business in NSW. We provides lots of opportunity for career progression for those we desire it. Please note your initial training will be in our Penrith Store while you become an expert in all things related to batteries & accessories.

About You:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.

You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus both on sales performance and customer service. We have an exceptional record for service and we want to maintain that as we continue to grow.

It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
  • Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
  • Current Driving Licence.
