Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, this role will support the retail operations team and the wider Retail teams to complete operational and administrative duties to ensure stores trade efficiently, safely, profitably, and effectively.

**As a Retail Operations Coordinator, your tasks will include**:

- Liaising between boutiques and Aje HQ to achieve operational efficiency
- Implementing initiatives that support in-store efficiency & free up time for sales performance
- Ensuring weekly consolidations are completed in a timely and compliant manner
- Ensuring all areas of the boutique and back of house allows for efficiency and productivity
- Supporting store teams daily by troubleshooting, supporting with system compliance, transaction auditing and overall operational support.
- Acting as key point of contact for retail vendor relationships, including stationary providers, store cleaning providers, etc.
- Monitoring store consumable usage to ensure adequate supply, and where possible seek the most sustainable options
- Supporting with the planning, organisation and execution of retail store openings, events, staff training and other retail employee engagement activities
- Creating and implementing all training tools to facilitate the retail Uniform process, overseeing allocations, faulty and damaged stock, uniform processes, and other general enquiries

**You will bring**:

- 2 years previous experience working as a Store Manager or in a customer service role
- A strong understanding and appreciation of the value seamless operations play in providing the best customer experience for our clients in store
- Passion for technology and understands system compliance
- Enjoys working with data and figures
- Strong project management ability
- An excellent communicator with the ability to draft clear internal and external communications
- Proficiency in AP21 (or similar ERP) and MS Office including Excel and Adobe Suite is desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to all tasks to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities
- A team player with a passion for providing above and beyond support to the team
