We are looking for **Experienced Printer Technicians** in Brisbane

You will drive to clients to handle initial installation, provide training to operators and fix technical problem. Technical training specific to the company’s products will be provided.

**Duties include**:

- Install, Provide training for operators, Regular maintenance, and Repair of the printers at customers' productions site
- Trouble shoot on issues of software, hardware and configuration
- Working closely with other Service Technicians
- Technical on-site support for the company products in QLD
- Maintaining and keeping updated customers’ issues in a call tracking database
- Maintain inkjet printers performance at company showroom
- Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as necessary
- Maintain customer’s service history and analyze report to manager
- Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Own your car and have driver’s license
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
