**Field Service Technician**

**The job**:
A a Field Service Technician you will be the face of the company delivering quality service to customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance, safety function checks and conducting breakdown repairs on electric forklifts.

**What you will do**:

- Inspect, diagnose and rectify faults - Mechanical and Electrical.
- Conduct safety inspections, checks and complete condition reports.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain an accurate record of work conducted.
- Deliver a professional level of service.

**About you**:
Are you a mechanic, auto-electrician, maintenance fitter or diesel mechanic or similar looking for a change from the mundane? This is an opportunity to get out on the road, break the monotony and work semi-autonomously. If you enjoy providing quality customer service this may be the role you have been looking for.
Experienced forklift mechanics are ideal but training will be provided to applicants who have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to manage time efficiently and provide a high level of customer service.
