**About the Role**

We have a great opportunity for experienced **Leading Hands** who are ready to step up and join our McIlwain Family in Gold coast hinterlands and surrounds with excellent development opportunities on offer.

**You will require the following**:

- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant _(preferred)_
- Proven experience in Road and Earthworks
- Implementing quality control techniques
- Planning and Allocating tasks and activities as required.
- Planning complex construction sequencing
- Roller Ticket or other plant tickets desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
