To be successful you will need:

  • Attention to detail and pride being taken in all aspects of work
  • Experience managing own crew and jobs
  • Experience with conduit installation, cable hauling, pits and footings
  • Experience working to Energex standards
  • Good communication skills
  • QLD drivers licence & reliable transport
  • Construction industry induction card
  • Ability to follow procedures for documentation and compliance
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the civil construction industry
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Any other tickets and licenses will be advantageous
  • A positive can-do attitude (most important)
