We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transformation Advisor to join the Department of Customer Service in our Corporate Services, Transformation Strategy, Prioritisation & Execution team.

**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a Transformation Advisor to bring their passion for people, customer and problem-solving to support the delivery of key initiatives that have a direct impact on shaping the employee and customer experience.

You will do this by supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, projects and initiatives. This includes using data, research and insights to identify issues, opportunities and trends, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and formulating recommendations with a bias towards change and action.

Our Transformation Strategy, Prioritisation & Execution team understands that as the pace of economic, political, societal, and technological change has accelerated, the scope and complexity of the problems faced by our business has also increased. We help our customers navigate this strategic landscape by providing expertise in data analytics, insights, strategy development and transformation.

We are looking for someone who is committed to an inclusive, collaborative culture with experience in:

- Supporting the delivery of key initiatives across a broad portfolio of complex projects
- Supporting and monitoring compliance with the framework for reporting routines, data analysis and fieldwork in the Business Unit
- Maintaining effective reporting routines that provide insights and trends and ensure data integrity and transparency
- Using a range of systems and databases to extract data, conduct research, analyse data and develop reports to identify trends and issues and recommend solutions
- Interpreting and translating data and complex information into clear communication and engaging content
